Initial deep clean:
Our service always starts with an initial thorough top to bottom deep clean, even if you have had a previous cleaning service since other services tend to miss a lot of things (which is probably why you are looking for a new service).
The deep clean brings the house up to a standard whereby it can be easily maintained during subsequent regular cleans. Deep cleans always take much longer than a regular clean as we like to get each house sparkling like new and then it is much easier to clean after that.
Since this first clean requires additional time and it is not possible to exactly estimate the time it will take we charge by the hour for this clean and then after that the regular clean will be the price agreed upon at the estimate.
