PAYMENT:
Our customers usually leave a check for us to pick up after every clean. However, you now have the option to pay via PayPal on this website, using a credit card.
Another option some of our customers are using is to have an automatic payment made to us via their bank.
We usually invoice the customer for the initial deep clean as we can’t accurately estimate how long it will take. After that you will pay the set amount for every clean and payment is due at time of cleaning.
CANCELATION POLICY:
We fully appreciate that there are times when an emergency arises and you will need to cancel your scheduled clean at the last minute. However, we do ask that you try and give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you have to cancel. Our schedule for the week is prepared on Monday and any cancellations can throw our whole week off.
If a clean is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled day and it is not an emergency there will be a $25.00 charge, unless the clean is rescheduled for the same week. If you reschedule for a different day and you live at least 20 mins. from other houses we will be cleaning that day we will also have to make a small charge to cover gas and wages for the additional travel time.
Our employees are helping support their families and if there are too many cancellations during a one week period they will have their hours cut back considerably. This business is our only income, and regardless of how much money we bring in we still have to pay our overheads, so please try and keep cancellations to a minimum.
