The following is a list of items our service DOES NOT cover:
•Bed making (unless incl. in original estimate)
•Cleaning dirty dishes or putting dishes into dishwasher
•Picking up toys, clothes etc.
•Picking up pet messes, cleaning litter boxes
•Laundry
•Polishing or wiping down furniture (unless incl. in original estimate)
PLEASE NOTE:
We base our estimate on how long the house should take us to clean on a regular visit, using our very effective system and comparing it to other similar sized houses. If our employees are asked to clean additional items/rooms or to use home owner’s own vacuum or products or to clean in a different fashion – additional charges will apply. Likewise, if our employees are asked to return later in the day or have to wait, additional charges will also apply.
